In Mobile First, author Luke W mentions how badly designed the AA.com mobile site is. Being an AA employee’s daughter I use AA products regularly and am distressed over the lack of attention to UX that with which many of the web experiences (and in-flight) have been designed. Here’s an exploration of a redesigned interface: more space between touch targets (2mm min), better type hierarchy, usage of native apps to do basic searches, reducing the amount of typing for input boxes.
